* Travel outside San Dimas is limited to the specific locations indicated on the map and the section "Where we take you" below.
** Additional riders, boarding and alighting at the same location and up to the occupancy of the vehicle, are allowed to ride along with a paying rider at no additional cost.

Who can ride

San Dimas Dial-a-Cab is open to everyone – children, youth, adults, and seniors traveling within the service area.  (Children under six must be accompanied by an adult).

Where we take you

San Dimas Dial-a-Cab operates within the boundaries of San Dimas.  Service is also provided to the following medical and educational locations:

  • Casa Colina Rehabilitation Hospital, Pomona
  • Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center
  • Foothill Presbyterian Hospital, Glendora
  • Inter-Community Hospital, Covina
  • Magan Clinic, Covina
  • Queen of the Valley Hospital, West Covina

For Senior (65+) and Disabled riders, travel is additionally provided to the larger extended service area.

How to start

No registration is required. Just call at least an hour before your trip.

Service Rules

  • This is a curb-to-curb service.  Drivers do not come to the door.
  • If you are using a wheelchair or other mobility device or you require any special assistance, please inform the operator when you call to arrange for your pick up.
  • Grocery bags are limited to the number you can carry.
  • Drivers cannot make change, please have the exact fare when boarding the vehicle.
